I know some prescriptions are banned in Sweden and require special documentation in order to have them on you when entering the country. I am just not entirely sure what documents are needed or what forms need to be filled out in advance. Does anyone know the process behind this?
It is best to meet with your doctor prior to going if you know the medication is not legal there. They will be able to give you the information you need and the paper to take with you. Always keep medication in your carry-on along with the note from the doctor and any other information he or she tells you to have ready.

Okay, right. That makes sense. If my doctor doesn't know I would imagine he would be able to get me in touch with one who does know? I am not sure if they are all educated on travel purposes or not.
