It was announced not too long ago that the Queen has passed away at 96 years young. What a sad day. She lived a long, fulfilled life with family and friends by her every step of the way and I know she will be missed but her memory will live on forever. May God's grace smile on the Queen. Rest in peace.Â

When the news broke, I was just washed over with sadness. At the same time, I believe she had been putting on a brave face for a few years now and has been in pain. She was just hiding it. I believe her heart just gave out on her. At least she went peacefully. She will be missed.

It was just all so sudden. They are doing her proud though by honoring her and celebrating her. I think things may change now. Most have never known another royal leader in their lifetime.
